Our sales department consists of some of the most seasoned professionals in the
industry. All of our sales personnel have been in the wireless industry for at
least 10 years with experience at the OEM, carrier, distributor, indirect and
MVNO level.
Our sales group is broken in two parts, carrier sales and distributor/retail
sales. At Xentris, we understand the needs of these channels vary greatly and
therefore, we have matched our sales and product line management departments
along these lines. At the time your account is established, you will be
introduced to your account management team, including sales and customer
service.
Training
While Xentris believes in the importance of packaging, merchandising, and store
layout in the consumer experience in the retail environment, educating sales
personnel is equally important. Through our store visit program, we have the
ability to visit retail store locations to ensure product is being properly
merchandised and to assist in training store personnel on the basics of selling
wireless accessories. In our training program, we outline the basics of the
accessory line, features and benefits, the quality of the product, how to sell
accessories and how to overcome objections.
Should you require, our store visit personnel could complete a store visit
report to send back to you for review. This will help ensure that each location
is properly selling wireless accessories. During promotional periods, our
consultants can also use store visits to explain and launch in store promotions
or sales incentive programs. Our training program currently is a 20 to 30
minute presentation led by our consultants. Personnel can be provided with
leave behind reference materials to assist them in training and selling on the
floor.
