Our product management team has the ability to develop and bring products to
market in as quick as 4 weeks for carrying cases and 6 weeks on power
products.We run our manufacturing operations out of our 82,000 square foot
warehouse in Addison Illinois, centrally located for ease in transportation. We
maintain exclusive relationships with our factories in China for the
engineering and manufacture of our products. All factories are ISO certified
and our facility has been designed to be a just-in-time manufacturing facility.
Xentris manages both automated lines and manual lines to fulfill all of our
packaging needs. These lines can be adjusted to accommodate customer demand.
And, our ability to flex our direct labor work force enables us to compete on a
cost leadership basis.
Quality is incorporated into our products from the earliest stage of design,
into development and through the manufacturing process. All products are
thoroughly tested prior to their release to our sales channels. We conduct
random sampling for validation and inspect everything from functionality,
overall performance characteristics, and check on packaging, labeling and
shipping documents.Many of our power products are ROHS, Energy Star.Through our
first article process, all products are required to have four different
management signatures prior to shipment.
