If for any reason you wish to return your purchase within 15 days, please call our Returns Department at 1-800-263-7982 (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CT, Monday through Friday) for your Return Authorization (RA) number. Prior approval must be obtained in order to guarantee that you receive a refund. USA 60101 (PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE FULFILLMENT PROGRAM MUST BE RETURNED DIRECTLY TO THE ADDRESS ABOVE AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AT ANY RETAIL LOCATIONS.) When the complete product is received at Accessory Buzz, a credit will be issued to the credit/debit card that you used to order the accessory.

	WARRANTY REPLACEMENT POLICY WARRANTY COVERAGE PERIOD - One Year From Date of Purchase If the product should fail during the warranty period, for any reason covered by the warranty included with the product, a replacement of the same part number can be obtained by calling our Warranty Return Department at 1-800-263-7982 (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CT, Monday through Friday) for your Return Authorization (RA) number.
