The product you have just purchased can be returned within 15 days from the date of purchase for a complete refund. If for any reason you wish to return your purchase within 15 days, please call our Returns Department at 1-800-263-7982 (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CT, Monday through Friday) for your Return Authorization (RA) number. Prior approval must be obtained in order to guarantee that you receive a refund. Please mark this number prominently on the return box and enclose both the packing slip you received with the order and the complete product and ship to:

When the complete product is received at Accessory Buzz, a credit will be issued to the credit/debit card that you used to order the accessory.
   
  WARRANTY REPLACEMENT POLICY

WARRANTY COVERAGE PERIOD - One Year From Date of Purchase

If the product should fail during the warranty period, for any reason covered by the warranty included with the product, a replacement of the same part number can be obtained by calling our Warranty Return Department at 1-800-263-7982 (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CT, Monday through Friday) for your Return Authorization (RA) number. Please mark this number prominently on the return box and ship the defective product to:

Please print out the Replacement Order form with the address you would like the replacement product sent to and enclose it with your defective product when returning it to Accessory Buzz.

Once the defective product is received at the Accessory Buzz, a replacement will be shipped to you at the address provided.
