How is the product being shipped?
  • Our standard mode of shipment is via Federal Express. Ground service will be delivered to most areas in up to five business days. Express Saver will arrive in 2-3 business days. Our warehouse is located outside of Chicago, Illinois. Overnight service will be added as a shipping choice in the future, but is not an option at this time.


  • How can I get tracking information?
  • Go to the website, click on "Order Tracking", enter your confirmation # and phone number, and click on "Track Shipment". A Fedex tracking number will be displayed which will link through to the Fedex website where specific delivery information is displayed.


  • Will the package be left at my front door if no one is home?
  • FedEx Ground shipments will be left at the door if no one is home. FedEx Express Saver shipments require a signature for delivery.


  • What phone number should I call if I have questions about the status of my order?

  • How can I get a copy of my transaction receipt?
  • Go to the website, click on either "Order Tracking" or "Track Shipment" and enter the information requested. You'll see a highlighted link with your confirmation number (eg. AB-XXXXXX). Click on that link for a printable copy of your receipt.
